Mary joined American Homes Group in 2016 as head of the marketing department and later expanded to Managing Director of the brokerage. To further her career, Mary obtained her NYS Real Estate Salesperson license. She said about getting her license, “I’ve been helping clients from the backend and I’d love to use my knowledge and assist clients on the front end.”
The last 7 years Mary has been working on developing the team, building client relationships, implementing marketing strategies, overseeing transactions, and creating the commercial brokerage Molcho Realty Group – American Homes Group sister company.
With the ability to work in all of New York Mary focuses on Brooklyn, Staten Island, and Manhattan Residential Sales, Commercial Sales, and Commercial Leasing.
Born and raised in Bay Ridge, Brooklyn she attended Fontbonne Hall Academy, The University of Scranton, and Saint Francis College where she received her Bachelor’s Degree in English Communications. Wanting to own real estate property for herself, she purchased her first property in Westerleigh, Staten Island which she now calls her home.
